Habits by Design is a detailed yet simple guide to building habits with the intention of benefiting relationships and marriages.

This lesson goes into great depth about identifying the three parts of a habit. The chosen habit from the previous lesson is revisited to examine its potential effectiveness.

This lesson presents the expertice of William Doherty Ph.D. The concept of marital rituals is explored and a document is provided with potential rituals for you and your spouse.

This lesson introduces the negative habits that can exist in a marriage, especially in conflict. The research of John Gottman Ph.D is utilized to analyse harmful habits.

This lesson explains the importance of marital unity in habit formation and provides further information of forming and changing habits in marriages.
